Hands-On Workshop: Incident Response for Food Manufacturing Plants

CSAFI is running a hands-on, one-day workshop on incident response for food-manufacturing plants. Places are deliberately limited so that every attendee can take part in the exercises.

The day is built around a realistic tabletop scenario: a ransomware outbreak that spreads from the corporate network onto the plant floor during a production run. Teams will practise detection, containment, escalation and recovery, with facilitators drawing out the decisions that matter most under pressure.

Attendees leave with a reusable incident-response playbook template tailored to food-production environments.
