Retail Processing: Store Systems & Plant Security Summit

PLACEHOLDER — Where retail meets manufacturing: in-store production, central kitchens, point-of-sale data and the systems that connect them.

About this event

Retailers who process and manufacture their own food carry two kinds of risk at once — a store estate full of tills and a production estate full of plant equipment, joined by one corporate network.

This summit works across both. Sessions cover in-store bakery and butchery equipment, central kitchen automation, payment data segregation, and how an incident in one estate reaches the other.

The closing panel brings together security, operations and store-format leads for the argument they usually have separately.
