Poultry Plant OT Security Workshop

PLACEHOLDER — A hands-on day inside a working poultry line: segmenting the plant network, locking down operator stations, and rehearsing the call you make when a line stops.

About this event

A full-day workshop for the engineers and IT staff who keep poultry processing lines running. The morning maps the shape of a typical plant network — chillers, graders, weighers, packaging — and shows how to segment it without ever stopping production.

The afternoon is practical work at the keyboard: hardening operator stations, bringing remote vendor access under control, and writing the one-page runbook a shift supervisor can actually follow at three in the morning.

Everyone leaves with a segmentation template and a vendor-access checklist to take back to their own site.
