Poultry Cold Store Resilience Day

PLACEHOLDER — Freezer, chiller and dispatch systems under attack: how long can your cold store hold before product is at risk?

About this event

Cold storage is where a cyber incident turns into a food-safety incident. This free day looks at refrigeration controls, temperature monitoring and dispatch scheduling as one connected system, and asks a blunt question: with the network down, how many hours do you have?

Sessions pair a technical walkthrough with the operational reality — who authorises a manual override, how temperature logs are proven afterwards, and what the quality team needs to sign off on release.

Designed for poultry processors, but useful to anyone running a large chilled or frozen store.
