About this event
Segmentation is the single control that most reduces damage in a food plant, and the one most often postponed. This masterclass takes dairy sites through designing it on paper before anyone touches a switch.
The day moves from asset inventory to zone and conduit design to a staged cut-over plan that fits around CIP cycles and production schedules.
Attendees are asked to bring a rough drawing of their own site; by the afternoon it becomes a real design.
