Cold Chain Ransomware Tabletop
PLACEHOLDER — Two hours of “what would you actually do?” — a live ransomware scenario played out across a refrigerated distribution network.

About this event
A facilitated tabletop exercise built around the scenario nobody wants: ransomware inside the warehouse management system on a Friday afternoon, with trailers loaded and product on the clock.
Participants are split into small groups and given the same drip-feed of information a real incident produces — partial, late and contradictory. Between rounds the facilitator pauses to compare decisions across groups.
No technical background is needed. Operations, quality, logistics and IT all get more out of it in the same room.
